1.15 We do not accept any liability for hire/labour/storage charges you may occur resulting from failed deliveries or order discrepancies.

Refund policy

1.16 Items can be returned at the buyers cost within 14 days of the original purchase date. goods that have been used and not deemed faulty will not refunded in any form or way. we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for non faulty items. buyer will also be responsible for shipping costs both ways when the item is not deemed faulty. Please not we will not be able to compensate in any way or form if you sign for a item has has courier damage, It is you responsibility to check the goods before you sign for to say your happy with the condition. All ovens will be covered in black plastic film, we strongly suggest you you take of the plastic film before you sign for the item and make sure you give it a good check over. Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods are safely delivered back to our warehouse and our control control department has inspected and checked for shortages,

All shipping costs quoted are UK mainland only and will be delivered by a third party haulage company. Our courier works on a 98% accuracy rate. We would strongly suggest you contact us on morning of the expected delivery to ensure your item is going to be delivered. We can not and will not be hold responsible for any failed deliveries and can not reimburse any days taken of work etc. What we can do is arrange with you the next suitable day for delivery to take place.

Warranty

Please note our standard 12 month warranty applies only to The UK, please consider this carefully before deciding to order if you are not in the UK, you will will not have the right to place a warranty claim, if you dont agree to this please buy elsewhere, there will be no exceptions on this rule

Damages

All damages need to be reported at the point of the delivery and signed for as damaged as our courier will not take responsibility for damages after item has been signed for. In the unfortunate circumstance your oven is damaged we will go out of our way to help you, for example if a door was damaged we would send you a door etc. Please note due to the fragile nature of the materials used to manufacture our ovens, every oven we deliver will have at least one but more than likley more small chips around the base of the oven, you can not refuse delivery/ retrurn of the oven/BBQ on the basis the base is chipped

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
